Seme Packaging’s entire process for producing and preparing essential oil bottles, from initial production to final packaging and palletizing, is estimated to take a total of approximately 25 to 40 days, depending on the bottle decoration and accessory decoration chosen by the customer. This schedule provides high-quality, customized essential oil bottles to meet the diverse needs of our customers while ensuring product quality.
Step 1.Bottle Production Phase (Duration: 7 Days)
The production of Seme Packaging essential oil bottles requires preparation of materials, trial molds, high-temperature melting, molding, and cooling. This phase is expected to take approximately 7 days.
Step 2.Customization of Bottle Decoration (Duration: 15 Days)
After bottle production, the next step involves the decoration of the custom essential oil bottle. This process, including checking the design with the customer, sample proofing, sample verification, color matching, machine debugging, spraying, baking, silk screen printing, drying, etc., is estimated to take about 15 days.
Step 3: Production and Customization of Accessories (Duration: 10-25 Days)
While producing essential oil bottles, accessories for essential oil bottles can be produced and customized at the same time. This stage includes the production of caps, droppers, roller balls or any other add-on components. The duration varies depending on the process involved:
1. If you only customize the color, you only need to adjust the color, proofing, machine debugging, production, assembly, and packaging, which will take about 7-10 days.
2. If electroplating, water transfer printing and other processes or mold opening are required, it will take 25-35 days.
Step 4: Packaging and Palletizing (Duration: 2-3 Days)
